Unit Watch Scheduler

Hello! Welcome to my Unit Watch Scheduler. This program makes smart unit watch schedules for each unit, all at once.
These schedules can be exported to pdf's for printing convenience. To make a schedule, input the staff of every unit
and some basic info about them. To enter schedule conflicts - from Shower Duty or Guard Team, perhaps - register them in the 
conflicts section. This may be tedious, but not as tedious as making schedules yourself!

The schedules will always have these properties:
- Each day has 2 staff members
- Each day has at least one 18 year old
- Each staff member is spread out evenly throughout the session
- No 2 staff members will be staffed together more than once
- Priority for being staffed less (when possible) is granted to lifeguards with seniority
- No staff member will be staffed on a conflicting day
